General questions are answered usually within 24 hours, however I have questions about a delayed shipment that is past its estimated delivery time and have not gotten a response back from support.

Suggestions

First part of shipment arrived in 10 days. The second part ... it is over 30 days and I have not received my shipment and questions are starting to go unanswered.
