I did a pyramid for two weeks on two weeks off at 20,40,60,80,100,100,120,120,120,100,80,60,40,20. After to runs I was noticeably thinner which is what I was going for. I lost a lot of body fat in my mid section which was really nice and lost about 6lbs. while maintaining my muscle. It was really hard doing cardio though as everything I did even walking up stairs made my heart race and I sweat like crazy. I did do cardio everyday though so I could maximize my results. Sleeping was quite difficult as my heart was beating at about 85 bpm at resting. Also the shaking and sweating was intense. The worst was the first 5 days but my body adjusted and the sides weren't so bad throughout the rest of the run.

The cramping was pretty bad and I had to use a ton of taurine which gave me weird dreams.

I was very satisfied with my purchase as my results were pretty amazing. I just don't know if I can handle the side effects again. The cramping was the worst!
